Analysing costume, setting and location in music videos

My Finding:

1. The amount of costumes used varies dramatically depending on the genre, Pop videos tend to have a number of costume changes and base tracks which are constantly cut from one to another.
2. The costumes tend to reflect the genre, in the R&B pop video and folk video this is shown. However in the alternative rock video the costumes were very neutral to the point where I couldn't tell if it was even a reflection of the genre or not.
3. In all genres, the props are significant. Each video included props that are specific to that genre.
